In view of recent experiences with some visitors not following the instructions for refuse collection and recycling, we now require a refundable deposit of £100.
Provided that the house is left reasonably clean and tidy and the refuse has been disposed of as explained in the information file left for guests, we will repay the deposit promptly.
Please note that if you choose to book The Bungalow only, the annex will not be let.
